Palermo's Brazilian striker Amauri moved to Juventus on Friday while Juve midfielder Antonio Nocerino went the other way.

Amauri, who was courted by AC Milan and English clubs, said it was ''a dream'' to join the Turin giants, who gave him a four-year contract.

Juve paid a 22.8 million euro fee for the 27-year-old Brazilian, who scored 15 goals last season and is in the process of getting an Italian passport.

Palermo handed over 7.5 million euros for Nocerino, 23, who has one Italy cap.

Friday also saw Palermo land ex-Italy midfielder Fabio Liverani from Fiorentina, while Real Madrid changed its loan of Italy striker Antonio Cassano to Sampdoria into a free transfer.
