Italy coach Nick Mallett on Tuesday named a 24-man squad for Italy's third Six Nations match against Wales at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium on Saturday February 23.
The only change to the side that ran Ireland and England close in the first two games is former captain Marco Bortolami who returns after a head injury.
The Gloucester lock, who has 64 caps, replaces Tommaso Reato who won his first cap against Ireland in Croke Park on February 2.
