Serie A club Catania has had its ground banned for the remainder of the season because of a riot in which a policeman was killed on February 2.
The ban means the Sicilian club will have to play its home matches on a neutral ground, behind closed doors, until the end of June.
Carabinieri inspector Filippo Raciti, 38, was killed by rampaging fans during the Catania-Palermo Sicilian derby.
More than 60 policemen and five ambulancemen were injured, as well as 13 fans.
The riot has led to a hooligan crackdown that has forced four Serie A clubs to close their doors until they conform to new security requirements.
