Soccer: Champions draw pits England AGST Italy
The draw for the first knockout round of the Champions League did Italian clubs no favours and set the stage for two arduous Italy-England clashes.

Italian Champions Inter will face last year's runner-up Liverpool and their cross-town rivals AC Milan, the reigning European champions, will take on English premiership leaders Arsenal of London.

AS Roma, meanwhile, has been drawn against Spanish giants Real Madrid.

Roma will play the first leg at home while the Milanese teams will start off away from home.

The full draw was as follows:

Celtic (Scotland) v Barcelona (Spain) Olympique Lyon (France) v Manchester United (England) Schalke 04 (Germany) v Porto (Portugal) Liverpool (England) v Inter Milan (Italy) AS Roma (Italy) v Real Madrid (Spain) Arsenal (England) v AC Milan (Italy) Olympiakos Piraeus (Greece) v Chelsea (England) Fenerbahce (Turkey) v Sevilla (Spain)

The first leg matches will be played on February 19/20 and the second legs on March 4/5.
