Consumer confidence up in September

Consumer confidence up in SeptemberFlash News - Overall consumer confidence rose in September, especially in the northeast and south, the socio-economic think-tank Isae said on Tuesday.

Isae said its seasonally adjusted confidence index rose from 106.6 points in August to 107.3 points in September.

Confidence rose in regards to the general economic picture as well as individual finances and short-term expectations.

Confidence also increased in regards to the possibility of savings and the employment picture, while there was concern over inflation, Isae said.
