Dada buys British Namesco

UK company industry leader in Internet domains web hosting - Florentine based Internet company, Dada, is moving forward on the stock purchase of British leader Namesco.

The deal - which totals 36.2 million euro (approximately £24.5 million) - gives Dada 100% control of Namesco, Ltd., a leader in Internet domains and web hosting.

The deal was brokered through subsidiary Register.it and is set to bring in 265,000 domains owned by more than 80,000 paying clients.

Namesco is in the top 50 international companies that offer professional Internet services.

Based in Worcester with offices in London, Namesco offers website registration and management to over 100 countries.

The last fiscal year showed profits of over 8.3 million pounds (approximately 12.2 million euro) and an EBITA of 1.8 million pounds(approximately 2.7 million euro).
