The world finals of the Ferrari Challenge series will be held this year at the Monza race track, from October 25 to October 29, the company's client division confirmed on Tuesday.
Along with the final races for the three Ferrari Challenge Pirelli Trophy series - Italian, European and American - the Monza track will also see the traditional race between participants from all three series to determine who is the world champion.
This year was the first season using new F430 Challenge cars which replaced the older 360 Modena model.
The five-day event will include the crowd-pleasing Shell Ferrari Historic Challenge final for vintage cars and close with a display of single-seaters prepared by the Maranello F1 Clients Division and a demonstration from Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro Formula 1 team.
The finals will also be an opportunity for fans to see the laboratory-cars of the exclusive FXX programme out on the track.
The prize ceremony for the challenge series will take place at a gala dinner this winter.
The Ferrari Challenge series, now in its 14th year, was created for the private owners of the Italian sports car to test their skills against each other on the track.
Races for the Italian and European Ferrari Challenge often coincide with those for the Grand Turismo (GT) championship.
Last year the Ferrari Challenge finals were held at the Mugello International Racetrack in Tuscany.
