Sebastian Giovinco has extended his contract at Juventus by two years until 2013, the club said Friday.

''I hope to stay here till the end of my career,'' the highly rated creative midfielder told Juventus Channel.

He voiced the hope that his 18-year-old brother Giuseppe, another rare talent from the Juve nursery, will join him in the first team.

Giovinco, 21, is regarded as one of Italy's most promising footballers.

The versatile player has impressed for Juve this season, battling to clinch a starting spot.

Nicknamed 'Atom Ant' for his short stature (1.64 m or 5 ft 4 in) and all-action style, the tricky playmaker-cum-striker is seen as having a bright future with the Italian national team.

Giovinco has played at all youth levels for the Azzurri, winning 12 caps at Under-21 level and scoring three goals in ten matches for the Olympic team.

He won headlines during a loan spell at Empoli last year with six goals in 35 games including a last-minute equaliser against Roma likened to Ronaldinho's famous goal against England in the 2002 World Cup.
