Internet: Yooplus at the Parisian finals of 'Le Web' New Montespertoli business is star of largest European web t - Florentine start-up Yooplus was one of the two Italian companies sent to the finals of the 2008 edition of 'Le Web', the largest European trade show dedicated to the Internet and blogs.

The show takes place in Paris with 1,700 operators (including 30 start-up finalists from 40 countries).

Yooplus will present 'We+', a communications and calendaring platform used by companies and professional groups for organizational purposes.

Though launched only recently, the platform already counts 520 enrolments, almost 3,000 users and is available in four languages (set to increase to 20 in 2008).

Yooplus, with 15 employees in its Montespertoli offices, is a new start-up launched according to an initiative by a group of Tuscan professionals in the Internet sector who activated a spin-off from a branch of the Turin based Exenia, a computer science and ICT firm.
