They've called it "I love Silvio" - an "Italian-style" party to take place in the famous "Globe" club of Paris and with the star guest Patrizia D'Addario, the escort that recorded her nights and telephone calls with Silvio Berlusconi and then released those recording to the police.

The poster for the event is a throw-back to 60s Italian film posters. There is Silvio Berlusconi, D'Addario, the Colloseum and the leaning tower of Pisa. The subtitle is "In the year of divorce" - while a quotation attributed to Berlusconi is "The women of the right are prettier and more prepared".

Benjamin Patou, the owner of the club, said that "This affair between Berlusconi and D'Addario has amused us - when we got in touch with her she immediately agreed to come. It will be her first appearance in public since the scandal broke out".

The Globe club dates back to the 18th century, once a meeting place for artists and intellectuals. In 1905 Jean Jaures discussed his vision of French socialism there. For the Italian night the club will be decorated in red, green and white - the personnel will wear Milan t-shirts and the attendants will have carnval masks distributed with the face of the Italian Prime Minister.
