Kaka, Ancelotti staying says Galliani

AC Milan's Brazil forward Kaka is staying with the club, CEO Adriano Galliani said Wednesday.

Galliani squashed speculation arising from Kaka's stated desire to play in England, saying he would not be heading for Manchester United or Chelsea despite reported links in the British tabloids.

''I wake up each day and hear a new one but the reality is that there are no talks about selling Ricardo Kaka,'' Galliani said.

Kaka had Milan fans holding their breath around Christmas after a mega-bid from Manchester City but eventually turned it down.

Galliani added that coach Carlo Ancelotti, who has been strongly linked to Chelsea, wasn't going anywhere either.

Speaking after renewed reports that ex-Milan Dutch star and former Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard had been approached with a view to replacing Ancelotti, Galliani said:

''I reiterate that Milan has never contacted any coach, enjoying the services of Carlo Ancelotti who is bound to our club by a contract up to June 30, 2010''.
