Massa chasing 'dream'

Felipe Massa believes he can overtake Lewis Hamilton and achieve his dream of a first world title.

Speaking ahead of Sunday's Singapore Grand Prix, Massa said: ''You have to have dreams in life and mine is the world title''.

The Brazilian, a point behind the Briton with four races to go, said he was ''working really hard'' on his Ferrari to have the best chance in Sunday's night-time race.

''But it's a difficult track. It's narrower and slower than Valencia...The curbs are like little tortoises and if you get something wrong you wreck the car''.

Massa said Saturday's qualifying session would be ''crucial'' because overtaking won't be easy on the Asian circuit and there is even a chance of monsoon rain.

The Brazilian won in Valencia - another street circuit new to the calendar this year - after starting from pole position.

The Ferrari driver, who received a boost this week when Hamilton's appeal for reinstatement as winner of the Belgian Grand Prix failed, said he would be ''attacking, as always''.

Hamilton, who said he was ''disappointed but not depressed'' by that verdict, said he had been training during the night and was confident his McLaren would have the edge over the Ferrari.

''I'm here to get the full points and I'm also confident that we have the best package for the last four races''.

Hamilton has 78 points, Massa 77, BMW Sauber's Robert Kubica 64 and Ferrari's reigning world champion Kimi Raikkonen 57.

After Sunday's race at 20:00 local time (14:00 in Italy), the F1 battle moves to Japan on October 12, China on October 19 and Brazil on November 2.
