AC Milan were drawn against Zurich, Sampdoria against Kaunas of Lithuania, Napoli against Benfica and Udinese against Borussia Dortmund in the first round of the UEFA Cup Friday.
Only Udinese will play the first leg away, travelling to Dortmund on September 18.
The same day Milan will host Zurich, Sampdoria will entertain Kaunas and Benfica will visit the San Paolo in Naples.
The return legs will be on October 2.
The draw for the group stage will take place five days after the results.
Group matches start on October 23 and end on December 17/18.
The top three teams go on to the knock-out stage along with the third-placed teams from the Champions League.
The final is in Istanbul on May 20.
