Inter Milan's new Ghanaian signing Sulley Muntari insists he isn't in Milan just to make up the numbers.
Muntari, 24, signed from Portsmouth at the weekend to become the 10th midfielder in Jose' Mourinho's star-studded squad.
''But I'm not just here to make up the numbers; I want to play,'' said the left-sided midfielder who had five seasons at Udinese before his year in England.
Muntari notched nine goals for Udinese but also picked up yellow cards with some regularity - a fact he was keen to play down on Monday.
''I was just a youngster at Udine. I've grown up and matured in the Premier League. I know how to handle situations now and the manager won't have any bother with me''.
