British supermodel Naomi Campbell will ditch the catwalk for a dance floor on Thursday as she tries out some fancy footwork on one of Italy's most popular TV shows.
The 37-year-old celebrity will be the star guest in the opening programme of a new series based on the British 'Strictly Come Dancing' format. In Italy the show is called Ballando Con Le Stelle (Dancing with the Stars).
Campbell will be paired with top Italian dancer Alessandro Camerotto and her performance will be judged by a studio jury and TV viewers.
She will not however be competing against other celebs and her points will be divided up between the regular competitors.
Campbell is no stranger to Italy, thanks to her frequent appearance on Milanese catwalks and her former relationship with Italian businessman and Renault Formula 1 team boss Flavio Briatore.
