AC Milan's transfer capture Brazilian striker Alexandre Pato told reporters on Tuesday that playing for the Champion Cup winners was "a dream come true".

Milan's Italy striker Alberto Gilardino hailed the teenager's arrival, saying he was a "great player who will become even better in this team."
"Let's not put him under any pressure," said Gilardino
Pato, whose real name is Alexandre Rodrigues da Silva, who turns 18 in September, had also been in the sights of such soccer powerhouses as AC Milan's crosstown rival Inter, Chelsea and Real Madrid.
AC Milan beat out the competition by offering his club, Porto Alegre, 22 million euros and the talented teenager a five-year contract and two million euros a year.
The striker will only be able to train and play exhibition matches with Milan from the 3rd of September. He will be able to start playing official matches from January 3, when he becomes a full-fledged member of the team.
Pato is Brazilian for duck. He was given the nickname because he hails from Pato Branco, white duck in Portuguese.
