Italian fashion icon Roberto Cavalli has designed the Spice Girls' costumes for their upcoming reunion tour.
Cavalli has created clinging multi-coloured jumpsuits, silvery glam outfits, plume-and-glitter-covered mini-dresses, sexy leather numbers and elegant evening gowns for the tour that kicks off on December 2 in Vancouver.
The flamboyant Italian designer said he'd been asked to do the outfits by Posh Spice Victoria Beckham, a long-time friend.
He was then introduced to the four other members of the most successful girl band ever.
''When I met them I immediately realised why the world went wild for their Girl Power,'' he said.
''They are a concentrate of talent, energy and joie de vivre spiced up with a heap of glamour.
''I'm sure their power will conquer us again this time''.
The tour comes more than a decade after the five-piece became a worldwide sensation, notching up a string of hits including Wannabe, the top-selling single ever by an all female group, Say You'll Be Three and 2 Become 1.
Emma Bunton, Mel Brown, Mel Chisholm, Victoria Adams and Geri Halliwell quickly became household names - although they were better known as Baby, Scary, Sporty, Posh and Ginger.
They sold more than 55 million records around the world, and even starred in a film, Spice World.
Halliwell quit in 1998 citing ''differences'', leaving them to complete a sold-out world tour as a foursome.
Since 2001 each member has pursued solo careers with varying degrees of success, while Posh has become better known as a trendsetter after her marriage to England footballer David Beckham.
Ahead of the comeback tour the band released a single, Headlines (Friendships Never Ends), and a Greatest Hits album which are both topping the charts in the UK.
The tour has 30 dates in the United States and Europe but won't be hitting Italy.
