A 15-year-old Italian girl was caught offering nude cellphone pictures of herself in exchange for the price of a cheap top-up card.
An Internet police officer 'met' the girl while posing as a teenager to probe the circulation of under-age sex pics from schools in northeastern Italy.
She said she would send him naked photos of herself if he mailed her the 25 euros she needed to top up her phone, police said.
Instead, the officer traced the girl to a computer at her school and found out who she was.
Italy's postal police said Friday they would not be pressing charges against the girl.
They said they had uncovered seven cases of teen sex pics being sent from schools in the Friuli region since the start of the school year.
But none of the 13 teens - aged 12-15 - had demanded money, police said.
