Francesco Totti missed training Wednesday because of pain in his nagging right knee and is a serious doubt for AS Roma's game against Juventus at the Olimpico on Saturday, Roma sources said.
The Roma skipper has been in and out of the team with his longstanding knee problem and played only in fits and starts in Roma's recent Champions League exit to Arsenal.
Sixth-placed Roma are 20 points behind leaders Inter Milan but just a couple of points short of the Champions League zone.
Juventus are seven points behind Inter in second.
Inter host bottom club Reggina on Sunday.
