Italy will be hit by a 24-hour urban transit strike this Friday, October 6, called to protest against a stalemate in contract renewal talks.
The exact hours of the strike and the periods when commuter service will be guaranteed will vary on a city-by-city basis.

ROME: 8:30 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to end of shift
MILAN: 8:45 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to end of shift
NAPLES: 8:30 to 17:00 and from 20:00 to end of shift
TURIN: 9:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to end of shift
FLORENCE: 9:15 to 11:45 and from 15:15 to end of shift
VENICE: 9:00 to 16:30 and from 19:30 to end of shift
GENOA: 9:30 to 17:00 and from 21:00 to end of shift
BOLOGNA: 8:30 to 16:30 and from 19:30 to end of shift
BARI: 8:30 to 12:30 and from 15:30 to end of shift
