The Nebrodi Park and the Streets of Flavour show their richness and delights in the Vip Vino in Piazza festival to be held in Milazzo, Sicily, during the weekend.
A perfect combination between wine and typical products, the essence of Sicilian vines and the flavours of the Nebrodi Mountains dishes will be presented in a sober and elegant atmosphere in the accompaniment of live jazz performances.
The production of potters from Santo Stefano di Camastra, honey from Emanumiele, oil and aromas from the Mazzara and Gullotti/Dell'Aria companies will be presented at the event.
Products and dishes typical for the Nebrodi Mountains, available for tasting at a stand in the park, will be accompanied by DOC wines from the area such as Malvasia di Lipari, IGT of Salina, and the Faro from Mamertino.
We hope this initiative could be the beginning of a close collaboration between the park and the Milazzo territory, Amerigo Salerno, the park s consultant for the Streets of Flavour , said. Although outside the borders of the park, Milazzo represents the perfect bridge connecting the park to the Eolie Islands and the Peloritan hinterland, areas where we would like to present our typical products.
