if you happen to live in Teramo and have children aged 15 to i think twenty four or so ...then this is an egency that is dedicated to them ... what could be useful is the card they issue which gives any young person presenting it a series of discounts... from book shops to fitness centres/gyms..

it also has lists of other youth agencies and voluntray sections... as far as i know the offices are in Teramo..but i think there is another agency located in Alba Adiatica...
anwya there are lots of links from the site to many different areas all regarding youth... maybe not so many of you with children but if you are planning a move to Italy,with a family, it at least shows that they try a bit
