4034 Dia

[FONT="Book Antiqua"][SIZE="3"]I have the documents here for our project which is being submitted using the DIA forms.

These forms are being submitted by our geometra for our roof which is being taken off and having broken tiles replaced plus any rotten wood and insulation and waterproof. Also some outside rendering. On the explanation attached he states the need to prevent damage through water pentration.

On the forum before I had read that the DIA was only used for small works but I suppose it changes from comune to comune.

When we are out working on the house we will want to apply for a DIA for the windows(new shutters) and bathroom (change of position ). We are not involving our geometra in any of this work as 1. we want to do it ourselves 2. we would need to pay him to do the drawings and a % of the work.

Has anyone done their own DIA forms?

Sorry also need to know ...we have a map of the area which goes with the DIA showing areas in red, yellow, blue, green and brown. Our lane seems to be in blue. What do these mean.

I also notice that our geometra has written "ma non vincolata in quando trattasi di manutenzione straordinaria" which I translate as meaning that we are vincolata but no for these works.
