3902 work in the building trade in le marche
It looks like the long search is over and we have found our little piece of heaven in the hills around Fermo in Le Marche. Picturesque rolling hills, olives and vines and medieval hill top villages. Being a joiner and a pretty inpecunious one at that, we had hoped to find something cheap that needed a bit of work. What we are going for isn't cheap, it's taken all our funds, and it needs alot of work. The plan is still unchanged though. We have given up work, sold our U.K home and are in early retirement living on the income from rental property in the U.K. We will camp out on our own property in our caravan, while we lick it into shape.
The trouble is what with inflation of property prices here forcing us to pay more than we had calculated, an errosian of our savings and a significant recent decrease in the size of our income, it looks like I'll have to look for some paid work to finance materials and the occasional contractor when needed.
So can anybody out there use the services of a joiner with many years of wide ranging experience in the building trade, including overlapping experience into other skills like plumbing, electrical work etc.,etc.? Own tools and transport. Strong, fit and healthy. Italian speaker. Bit of French too.
