ENEL have 60 days after getting the contract back from the client to provide the supply (I think).If they dont do it in that period you put in a "reclamo" which we have done and I have sent 2 emails to them.
They say everything is in order but apparently they haven't entered details of our contattore on their system so it thinks the works are incomplete.
Has anyone any advice about how we can get ENEL to connect us up?
