Envelopes of lamb intestines filled with chopped liver, sweetbreads, hardboiled egg and baked in the oven. Thats a thing called a Bwat or something sounding like that. It's a speciality of the molise area. Something you must try if you get down that way. It will be difficult to find a restaurant that serves Bwat. It's realy a dish from the past having quite a strong earthy tast. Something new maybe? I have tasted it a few times and the people I was with from Molise had wide eyes befor the dish on the table only to see them smiling after thay had finnished the meal.
It seemed a bit like a Haggis as far as the bringing in and placing Bwat on the table. Try it sometime!
