Up to you i guess and there are many that don't like the extreme side of this organisation but anyway here you go

you can contact them for the place to sign nearest to you and it seems to me reasonably apt on this forum where so many members have been involved in animal rescue....

also its all in Italian but it has an English translation available... which doesnt give much info but is cute to look at

anyway ... i know signing things doesnt solve problems and the fact is that Italy has some of the strongest laws to protect animals... just that there are areas of the country where these are totally ignored ... but many regions have changed completely and this sort of initiative just keeps it in peoples minds and hopefully gets a few more people on the side of the pets...

there are many forums that are based here run by Italians that are extremely friendly ...welcoming and concerned over animal welfare and a whole circuit of people on these throughout the country that work hard... like the members that have helped animals on this forum .... everyday... trying to foster,rescue and protect ...

anyway it seems to me a good way to participate in life here and you never know it could help with things... and you will most probabley meet some very generous Italian people who give up time to do this
