We have just seen the Channel 5 series that looks at (yes, again!) families moving abroad to restore a home and start a new life with I'm sure, the usual (ahem!) hilarious consequences....I believe that next episode (Fri 25th Mar) covers a couple's attempt to restore an Umbrian farmhouse.
I also see that Home & Leisure on Sky are repeating Kevin McCloud's excellent Grand Designs Abroad programme on a Sunday (21:30 UK). Sunday 20th is about the artists who have moved to Puglia where they are setting out to turn a derelict olive farm into a home and a luxurious summer school for fellow painters.........
These programmes always promote a degree of conversation in the forum.......
