(accatastamento all’urbano). Can anyone explain this system as I am confused
The house I am buying someone has lived there 20 years I have to pay 1500 euros to change the house from rural to urban how come they can live in it all this time and not do this or pay anything. But when you buy it you have to do this. What is a declaration of the house habitability?
Why does italian law not state that the vendor has to do this before they can sell why is it the expense of the purchuser or why arent the costs split that would be fair please can someone explain this and why it is a requirement before the final deeds  JUST HAVING A MOAN ABOUT MORE EXPENSE
