7576 House Rules - Please Read

A statement of purpose alongside a clear set of rules with consistent application is important for the smooth running of any forum. While the Italy Magazine forums have acted as a valuable resource for many people up until now they undeniably had their share of problems because of a failure by forum administration to provide the above. As the forums grow and continue to aid several people by providing valuable information and an active online community of people interested in Italy we hope to address this shortcoming and create a more stable environment by introducing both a statement of purpose and clear rules as well as, and most importantly, dedicating more resources to ensuring the consistent application of these rules. Over the past week the moderating team has kindly volunteered its time to come to an agreement about appropriate rules and we are now making them public.
