7336 Recommended car mechanic S Marche

Any of you who live locally might be interested in the following tale from my sister in law who stayed at my place this July. Whilst rallying on the white roads they damaged the brake pipes on their rental car. The "truckers place" she mentions is Bar Futura in Comunanza

"....when leaving the truckers place later found a tiny but tell tale-trail of brake fluid in the car park and no brakes. Nice owner phoned his friend who phoned his friend who arrived in very smart pair of overalls and after much gesticulation, mutual beaming smiles, comments about the joys of large families (always an ice-breaker in such situations) dealt with it the next day. Down to phoning Avis to tell them what he had done and delivering it back to the house at the time (we subsequently discovered with the aid of your Italian dictionary) he had advised us in the first place. Avis commented to us later (I won't say in tones of suprise) what a nice, honest mechanic we had found. Do tell the trucker man how much we appreciated his and his friend's help next time you see him."
