8371 Wood for trees....

I only want to post this here as it's possibly inflamatory & maight be rather contentious.

I understand that an article has appeared in 'Il Terreno' on Sat 15 Sept 2007 in the Lunigiana section outlining 'dubious practices' surrounding the a development called Borgo di Casola.

I have heard that the article is quite long and is an exposé of what is going on:

[*]Houses, studios etc are being advertised ( and sold?) on the internet before planning permission has been given
[*]Agricultural land being built on
[*]....even though the project has a massive appeal from the comune's eye on tourism, is unlikely to be given planning permission .[/LIST]This is the focal point of a long debate/ court case/ planning row concerning one agent in the Lunigiana area. I'm not wanting to cause a fuss, but would:

[*]Appreciate any help in finding a copy of the article (online?)
[*]Consider whether it's worth wider discussion within the forum.[/LIST]Again, I don't want to open wounds or turn it into a witch-hunt, but feel it's a valuable debate.....we know enough people involved, so am aware I may be too close to it.
