5053 Building plot, Spoltore

Hello all,
Since my previous posts some time ago, our proposed purchase has fallen through! After only six months of waiting once the offer had been accepted!
I have since been offered a hectare of gently sloping building land by an Italian friend of mine, which is on the outskirts of Spoltore and has a view down the valley to the mountains. (He runs a small Agrotourismo 1/4 mile away.) The land is 7km from Pescara airport but might as well be in another world. Nothing but the frog chorus and fireflies of an evening.
He is looking for E70,000 and has had quotes varying between E40,000 and E70,000 to build a 100sqm house with 100sqm of attic space and 100sqm of cantinas (so a 300sqm house for the brits).
I only have a maximum budget of E96,000 so can't afford it!
I said that I would see if anyone on here was interested as it seems a shame for it not to go to a genuine Italy lover.
I hope I'm not breaking any rules or upsetting anyone by telling you about this but now I've grudgingly come to the decision that I can't scrape any more cash together (unlike the telly programs) I didn't know what else to do.
