7349 Ryanair contact e-mail addresses
[FONT="Comic Sans MS"][COLOR="Blue"]There is a thread elsewhere on these pages about Ryanair's lack of communication in terms of routes they are closing down (they're good at advertising routes opening up!) and a lot of people are obviously very frustrated at their lack of willingness to answer phones (which are also costly) or reply to letters. Even if the information isn't what you want to hear necessarily, my view is it's better to know and be able to make other arrangements than to be kept guessing.
I have found two Ryanair addresses on a Yahoo website. Apparently Yahoo told Ryanair they wouldn't publish them as long as Ryanair got better at giving customers information - and when they didn't, the addresses were published!
So here they are for anyone who is becoming frustrated with Ryanair. The first is an itinerary manager, the second is Caroline Green who is Manager of customer services.
It has to be said that I e-mailed both two days ago about the Liverpool - Ancona route and have not yet had a reply - but at least they weren't bounced back as a lot of Ryanair e-mail addresses are (if you can find them in the first place!). They may well just close down these e-mail addresses too - but in the meantime it's worth a go if you're trying to contact Ryanair and haven't got anywhere and, who knows, if there are enough mails it might even be successful in persuading them to keep a route open.
