 Hi everyone. Are there any Australians who have successfully applied for a permesso di soggiorno for an elective resident visa to Italy able to advise us of their experiences? The process sounds complicated. We are also looking at buying property but understand we inherit any outstanding bills with the house ( electricity,  comune bills etc).  Any advice and information would be greatly appreciated.
