Hi, I wondered if anyone could help me/direct me in the right direction. I am looking at setting up a B&B in Abruzzo, where I also wish to provide evening meals. What process do I need to go through to set this up? What forms would I need to fill out and would I need to have an alcohol licence to provide (not sell) alcohol to guests?
