I have a new 8 week old Lagatto

I have a new 8 week old Lagatto Romagnolo puppy. Thw wife and I both work Monday through Friday. We need to potty train the pup but are gone 8-9 hours a day. Does anyone know a trustworthy pet sitter who could come to our house twice a day to let her out Monday through Friday for about 3 months? We are, of course, willing to pay the prevailing wage in cash! We live in the village of Bellona (Citta del Pizza!) in the provence of Caserta, very close to Triflisco/Santa Maria Capua Vetere. We could even drop the pup daily and pick back up at the end of the day!
