An original and exclusive location. The restaurant Ca' 7 offers traditional and regional fare with a modern twist.
This peaceful haven, just one kilometer from Bassano’s city center, with its harmony of antique and modern, elegance and simplicity, accompanied by a warm welcome, combine to assure a relaxing and unforgettable stay.
Rooms
The Villa has two double rooms that can be opened onto the Napoleon Suite, creating a spacious four bedroom apartment. The salon has two terraces overlooking Bassano. Amenities include an 18th century church pulpit made into a bar and wide screen DVD. The rooms of the villa have frescoed ceilings, floors in “veneziana” using original techniques. The bathroom in Persian marble with double sinks and Jacuzzi complete the opulent picture.
In the Casa Colonica, there is a single bedroom and the Family Suite. The suite, with beamed ceilings, is perfectly adapted for families. The ground floor has a sofa and TV, and the upper floor has a loft double bedroom and two adjoining rooms for children. The bathroom offers a changing table and baby bath among the amenities and skylights assure a sunny atmosphere.
In the Barchessa, created from the original stables, are fourteen rooms with stone walls and exposed wood beams, offset by light colors and modern lines.
Description
The villa takes its name from the family Golini-Sette, the previous owners of the home. This villa dating from 1700s abounds in interesting architectural details such as wood beamed ceilings, exposed brick, and painstakingly restored frescoes.
The villa hotel is comprised of 19 rooms in total (in the Villa, in the Casa Colonica and in the Barchessa). In the garden, there is an expansive olive grove and lake where guests can take leisurely walks. Ca’ Sette is located just outside the historical city center of Bassano del Grappa, and one hour by train from Venice.
The restaurant, Ca’ 7 offers a superb seasonal menu with the imaginative use of local ingredients. All food is prepared to order, only fresh items are on the menu, and in the preparation, first-pressed olive oil is preferred as opposed to heavy sauces.
Ca’ Sette can offer a tranquil environment to those selective clients who want the best. We are looking for clients that are interested in culture and gastronomy, health conscious and who are looking for off the beaten path destinations.
