Villa Emilia is an holiday cottage located in the historical centre of Villapiana (Calabria) a small and authentic village on the hills, surrounded by the peaks of the Pollino Mountains. You have a breathtaking view of the Ionian Coast from here. The house is ideally located for those seeking peace and quiet, and perhaps a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool.
It has 2 rooms (double or separate beds), fully equipped with fireplace into the living room. It's not allowed to smoke inside.
Villa "Emilia" has Tv sat, new kitchen fully equipped with dish and silver wares.
1 Car place just in fornt of the house.
Villapiana Beach is just 5 km away (Villapiano Lido) and is made of very fine sand. The house has been fully renovated and has a spacious garden
with hammoc and terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Ionian Sea.
