Description

Anna is glad to welcome you in her house and private kitchen and show you how to prepare authentic Ligurian recipes she collected by local grannies. You will experience a genuine Italian atmosphere while putting your hands on ingredients (some of them directly from Anna's garden)  and tools. Under Anna's guide you will have real fun preparing Ligurian dishes such as Pansotti with walnut sauce, Lasagne with pesto, Stuffed vegetables, fish soups, Farinata, Pasqualina pie and much more.

As a deserved reward you will also have a full meal in the garden at the end of your cooking session, enjoying a fantastic view over the sea.

From 2 to 8 people per class are accepted in Anna's kitchen, but if you are a group already renting your vacations accommodation in the area with an independent kitchen , Anna is available to reach you and hold the class in your place. Bookings are accepted from 12 to 24 hours prior the class starting time.

You can join Anna's cooking classes any time as no fixed schedule is set up. Anna will make up the classes according with the bookings received.

Special services

Couples or small groups (not more than 4 people) who arrive by train at Lavagna train station can take advantage of Anna's pick up and drop off service to reach Anna's house on the hill. Bigger groups will have taxis available outside the train station

What's included

- Cooking workshop to be chosen either in the morning or in the afternoon

- Ingredients and tools, also wine is included and served either as aperitif or during the meal

- Languages available: English, French, Italian

- One copy in English of the Ligurian recipes book edited by Anna sent to each participant.

What's not included

Local extra virgin olive oil and wooden corzetti stamps are on sale in Anna's kitchen
