(ANSA) - Macerata - A 98-year-old Italian woman as had a court case put off for nine years. The woman, Amalia Cuccioletti from the Adriatic region of Marche, sued relatives in a property row in 1997. In the first hearing the judge declined to hear arguments and set the next session for March 2010.
"Whichever way it turns out one thing is sure, Amalia won't be around to see it," said one of the woman's lawyers, announcing an appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.
