The most famous kisses in film history have been collected in a book by Sicilian director Giuseppe Tornatore, whose Oscar-winning movie Nuovo Cinema Paradiso ended precisely with a powerful scene devoted to kisses.
The book, “Il collezionista di baci” (The collector of kisses), is also the inspiration for the exhibition by the same name, currently on view at the Feltrinelli bookstore in Milan (via Manzoni), taking viewers on a journey through 150 film masterpieces featuring vintage posters and images with a common thread: the kiss.
The exhibit is on until March 31.
