Today Google's doodle is dedicated to Italian film director Federico Fellini celebrating the anniversary of his birth in 1920.
The doodle in black-and-white shows the maestro sitting next to a film camera whose two reels form letters of the Google logo.
This is the second Fellini-themed doodle since last December when on the 3d they honoured Felline's friend and collaborator, musician Nino Rota.
Other Italians celebrated by Google last year were Renaissance artist and art historian Giorgio Vasari, sculptor Gio' Pomodoro, writer Italo Calvino and a special doodle was also dedicated to the commemoration of the anniversary of the foundation of the postwar Italian Republic.
