Issue 24 - March 2005

| Tue, 03/08/2005 - 15:37

"...in the last issue I mentioned the balmy weather that we can sometimes get in late winter. Naturally, as soon as that issue was in the shops the artic weather hit Italy with a vengeance, bringing sub zero temperatures, hail, blizzards, thunder, lightning and snow (a new experience that one). Apparently it has been the worst winter for 50 years. I will therefore steer clear of mentioning warm spring days in case I trigger some other freak meteorological conditions!"
Fiona Tankard - Italy Magazine Editor
