Issue 27"

(...)to get us in the holiday mood we have features on relaxing yoga near Rome for those who need to de-stress and chill out, and canyoning in Umbria, for the more athletically inclined. Many people only associate the palio with Siena’s famous horse race, but did you know that Asti’s version is meant to be the oldest in Italy? Certainly Piemonte is very much in the news these days, with the Turin winter Olympics not that far off, and there are loads of festivals and events in the region throughout September. It is my tip as the ‘new Puglia’ for property purchase (Puglia being ‘the new Le Marche’, Le Marche being ‘the new Umbria’ and so on!)'(...)"
