10,000 marshmallows and half a billion sprinkles decorated the huge, 12-square-meter cake prepared to celebrate the 450th anniversary of Michelangelo’s death on February 18.
It took British cake designer Michelle Wibowo 168 hours of work to complete the special, actual-size cake commissioned by Cake Angels in honor of the great Renaissance artist.
Called “The Creation of Adam,” the cake looked amazing once completed. It was displayed at St Pancras church on Euston Road, London, on February 18.
