(ANSA) -Neapolitans have a legendary reputation as the country's worst traffic offenders but a new survey shows that the record is in fact firmly held by the Milanese.
A survey released by the environmental association Legambiente sees the residents of the northern city racking up the most violations for illegal parking, driving in off-limit areas, unrestricted horn blowing and even slalom driving on side walks during traffic jams.
Florentines are almost as undisciplined, just a notch above Turin residents, who placed third on the survey.
The much maligned Neapolitans ranked fourth.
