Inter Chairman Massimo Moratti said Monday he was ''not very happy'' about Inter coach Jose' Mourinho's continued public declarations on the albeit unlikely possibility he could move to Real Madrid.
''I'm not annoyed but I'm not very happy to read these things,'' Moratti said, adding that he was ''monitoring the situation''.
Following the new Serie A champions' defeat to Cagliari on Sunday, Mourinho denied rumours in the Spanish press that the move was a done deal.
''It's not true, they're just stories, I have no need to prepare for a separation,'' he said.
However, he refused to say it was 100% certain he would remain with the Neroazzurri, reiterating that the likelihood was 99.9%.
''I feel very close to Inter, the club has always made me happy during the year, we all get along, and it's a fantastic club,'' he stressed.
But on Saturday the Portuguese coach said that while Inter had done ''everything'' to satisfy him, he admitted there were still ''a few things'' pending to remove all doubt of him moving, without saying what they were.
''I want to arrive at 100%,'' he said.
Before Moratti's comment Monday, Mourinho had said the chairman was ''not angry'' with him after contacts from Real, where sources claim no official offer has been made.
''President Moratti knows the truth and we speak every day. He's not angry because he doesn't get angry with honest people. He knew five minutes after Real contacted me,'' Mourinho said, underlining that he has a contract with the Serie A powerhouse until 2011.
Meanwhile, Mourinho's penchant for percentages has spread to Inter players, with Zlatan Ibrahimovich also saying Sunday it was ''99.9%'' sure he would remain with the club.
Earlier this month there were rumours of a rift between Inter and its star striker after the Swede was said to be unhappy at the club's continuing lack of success in Europe.
