While under investigation for procuring prostitutes for Silvio Berlusconi's "bunga bunga" sex parties at his Arcore villa, Nicole Minetti is looking for her next move—and it may be a condom company.
Now that Berlusconi is angling for another term as prime minister, his successor and current secretary of the PDL Angelino Alfano purportedly asked Minetti to leave her seat in the regional assembly and the party.
According to Vanity Fair, Minetti registered the "Bunga Bunga" condom logo at the Italian patents office earlier this month through her assistant Luca Pedrini and entrepreneur Mirko Scarcella of SocialChannel.it.
The former Colorado Cafe and Scorie showgirl met Berlusconi in 2009 when she repaired his teeth after he was attacked with a marble statue during a political rally barely a month after qualifying as a dental hygienist.
Three months later, her name was in the running for a People of Freedom Party (PDL) spot in the regional assembly of Lombardy, which she won. The Lombardy assemblywoman is now using her political responsibilities to shield herself from testifying in Berlusconi's trial for soliciting sex from an underage prostitute, Karima El-Moahroug, also known as "Ruby the Heartstealer".
