It seems that from April 2014, budget airline Ryanair will no longer fly from its Milan hub, the Orio al Serio airport in Bergamo, to Rome's Ciampino airport.
The service connecting the two cities is no longer economically strategic, given the increasing competition from high-speed rail.
The news comes from sources close to the matter who talked to Italian press agancy ANSA. Neither Ryanair nor Sacbo, the company that manages the airline's Orio al Serio hub, have release an official statement.
We will keep you posted.
